Patricia Nzolantima is a public figure, an inspirational, excellent international public speaker, a role model, an award-winning , advisor, executive board member, experienced brand, author and spokesperson.
On a mission to change the lives of those who dare to work harder, dare to dream bigger and dare to take the big leap towards their goal, and with her experience, passion and networks she is a champion for young entrepreneurs and family businesses looking to scale new heights and with a vision of transforming their business organisations into international conglomerates.
In June 2023, Patricia has been elected as new member to the Executive Board of
International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) alongside with Arancha González (Spain),
Dean of the Paris School of International Affairs at Science Po Paris, Rifat
Hisarcıklıoğlu (Türkiye), President of TOBB, Chair of ICC Türkiye, Omolara Ololade
Akanji (Nigeria), Former Director General Trade and Exchange at Central Bank of
Nigeria, and Independent Director on the Board of Sterling Bank Plc and Interswitch,
and Cameron McKenzie (Puerto Rico), President of the Puerto Rico Chamber of
Commerce.

In August 2022, Patricia has been appointed as co-chair of the B20 India (Business 20
of the G20 India 2023).
The Business 20 (B20) is the official G20 dialogue forum representing the global business community. Established in 2010, B20 is among the most prominent Engagement Groups in G20, with companies and business organizations as participants.

Since 2012, Patricia represents Africa continent as one of the faces of female entrepreneurship. She has spoken all over the world at various international conferences. Patricia talks cover various areas in entrepreneurship, business, brand strategy, marketing, financial inclusion, family business, investment.
In 2012, she was the first female in DRC to have been selected and participated in the young African Leaders, Mandela Fellowship program, an initiative of the former President Barack Obama.
Patricia has attended several time the GES (Global entrepreneurship summit), opened the summit plenary with the former secretary of State John Kerry, in the Silicon Valley
Worked closely with the former Secretary state John Kerry during his Africa visit tour in 2013.
She met the former president Bill Clinton, and has been member of the Clinton global Initiative.
She met with the US’s first lady Jill Biden
Since 2013, she attends the G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance summit with the South Africa delegation.
In 2013, Patricia has been awarded the Woman of Year by the Dutch multinational company Vlisco.
In 2016, Vlisco celebrated 170 years Anniversary.
Patricia has been honoured to be one of the face of the African campaign.
The campaign was focused on women leading change in Africa. Those women who are inspiring the continent through their work and dedication. Women who fight to make change happen and give back to the community
From May 2017 to August 2022, Patricia has been selected as one of 20 Africans from across the continent as a member of the Harvard University, Center for African Studies (CAS) Leadership Council.
CAS is an internationally recognized interdisciplinary body at Harvard University that aims to broaden public and scholarly awareness about Africa, African experiences, and perspectives.

In 2020, during the women’s month, Patricia has launched the first female driver’s academy to empower women in transport and logistics.

In December 2022, Patricia has been selected by International Monetary Fund during the first visit of IMF’s managing director Kristalina Georgieva to discuss the reforms to enhance the business climate for private-led growth in DRC.
Patricia is an author who has published: “Caravane des Portraits”, a collector album telling the stories of unknown heroines of DRC – artists, entrepreneurs, inventors, senior executives – who deserve to be highlighted.
